Booting 'Arch Linux'

It's the message that Grub send me choose any option.

Can I solve or I need to format and reinstall?

You can boot from the install CD, mount your boot partition somewhere (mount the root partition if you did not create a dedicated boot), edit the /boot/grub/menu.lst file and make sure file locations are correct (make changes and reboot to verify).
If you reinstall with the same settings, this error will reoccur.
