Booting 'Arch Linux'
root (hd0,0)
Filesystem type is ext2fs, partition type 0x83
kernel /vmlinuz26 root=/dev/sda3 ro vga=792
Error 15: File not found
Press any key to continue...It's the message that Grub send me choose any option.
Can I solve or I need to format and reinstall?

You can boot from the install CD, mount your boot partition somewhere (mount the root partition if you did not create a dedicated boot), edit the /boot/grub/menu.lst file and make sure file locations are correct (make changes and reboot to verify).
If you reinstall with the same settings, this error will reoccur.

I format the computer, I'm so amateur in order to do that.

Note that you responded to a three year old thread. I cannot tell if you are having a problem, but I doubt this thread has any bearing on it.
