I am trying to make my first workspace in fullscreen and the second one in tilling layout but i can't find a way to do this in a standard way at startup.
May be here is someone who tried knows how to do this.

Ever thought of asking in #xmonad or the xmonad mailing list?
There shouldn't be any reason to learn more editor types than emacs or vi -- mg (1)

a question about a window manager isn't fair game in a forum dedicated to...
Running/Configuring X11, KDE, GNOME, and all the other WM/DEs that the OSS community has to offer.
...?

I've seen young people waste their time reading books about sensitive vampires. It's kinda sad. But you say it's not the end of the world... Well, maybe it is!

No that wasnt my point at all.
Most of the time, you can get the answers you seek easier/quicker if you ask in the right place. That goes for all things, even IRL.
I didnt mean noone will know here but chances are even if someone does its gonna take a while.

Problem was solved by using the extension Xmonad.Layout.PerWorkspace and following the infos at http://www.xmonad.org/xmonad-docs/xmona … space.html
