It's easy to find light and good gtk apps. The same names come quite often in many topics.
But when it comes to qt apps, I alway see an awful "K" in the name, which let me suppose that all the KDE dependences are required (Note : I have nothing against KDE's users, I have something against dependences ).
I would like to know new applications from qt's world, and to build a desktop system free of KDE's parts.
So what are your suggestions ?
Thanks !

There is also the super light arora browser available in the repos. It is in testing, but still a pretty impressive browser nonetheless.

Geez, how could I forget Skype, the best Internet telephony app? I guess it's easy to overlook because I use the static-qt version (64 bit Arch).
