[Solved]Firefox3...???

I just did a "pacman -S firefox3" and it downloaded and installed firefox3-rc-something-or-other.

I then typed into a terminal "firefox3" and it loaded firefox2. So I typed "firefox" and hit tab and it gave three choices: firefox, firefox-config, and firefox3.

Why can't I open firefox3???

You probably have firefox2 still running, executing firefox or firefox3 will just open another window from the existing firefox instance.
So make sure you haven't got a firefox2 process active anymore (killall firefox-bin) and then run firefox3.
