I am trying to use wget to copy the contents of this page: http://aprs.fi/?call=N1ZK&c=raw
To my hard drive. I am trying this...
wget http://aprs.fi/?call=N1ZK&c=rawHowever, what is showing up on my hard drive never matches the source I see if I access that myself in firefox and click on 'view source'. Can anyone help me? If anyone is able to get the correct file on his/her computer, please let me know. Thanks!

I know wget has problems with ampersands but I tried...
wget 'http://aprs.fi/?call=N1ZK&c=raw'And I have problems with that also...

Try double quotes. Works fine over here, and I doubt it's because >>wget<< has trouble with & but rather because of your shell's interpretation of "&".

Just tried double quotes and had no luck... In every case, it looks like it is working, but if I compare it with the source Firefox sees, I find it is quite different. I think if you're running into the same problem, you'll see the file wget produces always has the title set to "Login - Google Maps APRS". But if you access that URL in Firefox, you should see a title of "Raw packets of N1ZK - Google Maps APRS." Do you have that discrepancy too or is yours matching?

Oh wow; this is what I get for staying up all night working on this project. I see now that you have to log in to see the actual page. Do you know how I could do that in command line?
