Are there any plans to update the main archwiki page?

On the wiki todo page ( http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Talk:WikiTodo ) I read this:

AFAIK there are plans to make our look like on archlinux.de

The archlinux.de page DOES look nicer http://wiki.archlinux.de/?title=Hauptseite

Compared to http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Main_Page

Are there any plans for this? The archlinux.de main page layout certainly makes it much easier to find what you are looking for. I am certainly willing to help with any reorganization efforts that need to be made.

EDIT: I would just go ahead and do this myself, but I do not have the proper permissions to update the front page.

Anyway, I wouldn't be sad if it was moved to some other wiki than mediawiki, but that's just my twisted opinion.
