OSS4 crashes when CPU usage is too high.

For some reason oss4 crashes when CPU usage is too high... Whenever I play a huge flash file on the web using opera (or a huge mp4 using mplayer plugin on opera) (By huge I mean 100+ mb.) CPU usage jumps to 100%. Also when I play UT... the CPU jumps to 100% and after some time sound just stops. Dmesg says:

and so on, and so on. To get sound working again I need to restart the oss4 daemon.
Also my box emits a strange noise... I mean the system speaker emits audio signals at regular intervals... when my cpu usage gets to 100%... It began to do that recently... I have no idea what might be causing it... when it blows up I'll know for sure anyway...
Also sound doesn't crash if the application that utilizes 100% CPU (or 99%) doesn't use sound (for example when compiling something)
Any ideas what might be causing this?
