kernel panics on the thinkpad t61?

anyways - I've been using linux on this Thinkpad T61 for a while now. It just has this ever so often random Kernel panics witht he CAPs lock LED flashing on and off.

It is strange. - Anyone know what is causing this or how to find out?

Using
Thinkpad T61 14.1" Widescreen
T8300 - Core 2 Duo 2.4 Ghz / 800 FSB / 3 MB L2 Cache
Nvidia Quadro NVS 140M

kernel26tp kernel (although I did get some kernel panics on the arch one too)

so. help?

its erratic...  but it does happen - the kernel panic
