I just installed the latest gnash-common and gnash-gtk from source with the PKGBUILDs in extra. (those packages were out of date)
Now, when I play videos, the sound and video quality is terrible.
Tested with facebook and youtube.
Any Ideas,or will I have to go back to flash?
Using 64 bit.
EDIT: installed 0.8.3

Better but not best. Better video, better sound, but still not best. It stopped the browser from responding for a few seconds.
Though I do like the way I have to click on those video adds to play them.

Agreed, the only way to get 100% working flash is to use the proprietary plugin with bin32 libs. The click to enable is nice since you don't have to see annoying ads that slow page loading.

I was using the ndispluginwrapper to use flash. I found it wasn't very good, and crashed alot.
Linux's flash player seems to need work, or was it the pluginwrapper?
Both alternatives are under heavy development, so they should be better soon.
