need elp with netgfc, check my rc.conf

hey guys i cant seem to get netcfg to run at strt up i have to manually run netc2 Netgear in order to get connected, could you have a look at my rc.conf and check it for me

uncomment the #NETWORKS=(Netgear) line.

Afaik, you don't need the

wlan0="dhcp"
wlan_wlan0="wlan0 essid NETGEAR" #unencrypted

...because you set your wireless info in /etc/network.d/yournetwork.

That should do it.

Have you written /etc/network.d/Netgear configuration file for your network? How exactly do you connect to the network when it works?

First thing I see is that you probably don't need the "wlan_wlan0="wlan0 essid NETGEAR" #unencrypted" bit.


arch(3) adj amused because you think you understand something better than other people ;P
