Official mirror issue - rsync.archlinux.org slower than before ?

Hi,

I've been maintaining a french official mirror for a couple of years now, and of course, it syncs on rsync.archlinux.org.
I noticed that, during syncs, I get at most 100-110KB/s.
OK the last sync is bigger than usual, new ISOs are released.
But hey, downloading almost 2GB at 100KB/s takes some time...
I may be wrong but, wasn't the rsync server faster some months ago ?
