cant upload new packages
hello
does anyone know if the AUR is down. i can't upload my packages.

What is your exact error message? There are many reasons why a package can fail to upload.
There is a really annoying bug preventing the upload of some packages... It is fixed in the developmental version so hopefully should make it live soonish.
