Brasero problem

I installee Brasero through pacman.
Installation went on smoothly but the application  failed to run.
When invoked in a console I got the error msg:
[sridhar@arch ~]$ brasero
brasero: error while loading shared libraries: libbeagle.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I don't know why pacman failed to install libbeagle !

Re: Brasero problem

It is currently not listed as a dependancy:  http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/10437

Re: Brasero problem

I just checked my install and it seems to be required.

OP: Do pacman -S libbeagle and that should fix it.

you might want to file a bug report too, so that can get added to the package dependencies.

Re: Brasero problem

No worry!
Just started brasero in CLI and got the error msg.
Installed libbeagle through pacman and the issue is fixed.
