when i run pacman -Syu i get the following errors!

try to change a mirror
go to /etc/pacman,d/mirrorlist
put a # before your current mirror
and delete the # before whateve mirror you wAnt

id guess the mirror (it was a czech republic one, i dont live anywhere near there, so no big loss) had shut down??
