phoenix stuff in /incoming/for_unstable

I'd appreciate it if whoever removed the phoenix stuff from /incoming/for_unstable could put it back for a quick bit.. I was in the process of working on something with it.

It's all good.. just made some alterations to the mozilla pkgbuild. and off i went. Sorry for the panicking. .. ;0

Blaasvis..  it's not faster and better if you don't know who removed it.. it's a request.. I've been here for some time and i am familiar with how to post but thanks for the suggestion
