maximised windows problem

hi,

i'm running fluxbox, and i hate programs starting maximised! so i have right clicked on my programs titlebars -> remember -> then ticked 'position', 'dimensions' & 'save on close'.

this has done as expected for all programs except pcmanfm and opera!! how can i get these two applications to start up smaller than maximised??
