Just run

gdmsetup

As root and find the autologin in the GUI it gives you.

In tab "security" I select: active autologin and when I'd written my name of user a message tells me.

"Usuario no permitido"
El UID del usuario <<ricardo>> es menor que el MinimalUID permitida.

Manual translate:
"User is not let" (is ban)
The UID of the user <<ricardo>> is a little than the MinimalUID let.

Also if I use active temporized login.

What is your UID ? You have to set the MinimalUID (gdmsetup, 'security' tab), so that MinimalUID < your uid

use `id ricardo` to get your uid.

I put minimalUID to 0, and works fine. Thanks!
