Guides for ATI proprietary driver on ArchWiki is updated

Hi all,
I have a ATI Mobility Radeon card on my thinkpad R60, and I got endless lockups after using fglrx. I can't even boot into my system because it just hangs. Finally, I found the problems, so I updated the "Configuration" and "Trouble shooting" parts of the wiki page, and posted my config file there. If any users here have the same problem, hope this helps.
