KSplash - The KDE Crash Handler

I have been in discussion of the problem in the IRC channel and some other users have this problem as well. There is no solution online I have searched google.

After I log in, this window appears. I have to click close, but then everything else functions normally after this. Also the splash screen does not load anymore (obviously)

The KDE mod package is installed. There is this http://kdemod.ath.cx/bugs/showreport.php?bugid=118 but not solved. Please help !
