Installation Questions

K, I have installed Arch 2 times in a virtualbox, but everytime, I just select all the base packages.
Is there a list somewhere that tells me what each thing does? Or would I have to Google each one?

You can either google them or check the wiki to see if there's some information there. But as far as I know I haven't seen any list explaining what they are.
