/etc/passwd.pacnew

From today's update of the filesystem package, I noted this difference between /etc/passwd:

ftp:x:14:11:ftp:/home/ftp:/bin/false

and /etc/passwd.pacnew:

ftp:x:14:11:ftp:/srv/ftp:/bin/false

What does it mean? Have I to make the change in my /etc/passwd?
