If you reinstall the package that owns the directory, it will put all the default files back. I'm fairly sure it's the netcfg package (can't check, as I'm at work) so:
# pacman -S netcfg

hmn, well I wasn't install netcfg
so now I have big problem why my wifi doesn't work...
I have ralink rt2400 card, module rt2400pci is loaded, /etc/rc.conf is correct...
after iwconfig wlan0 I have Access Point: Not-Associated

iwconfig wlan0, with no additional arguments, displays the current status of the wlan0 interface. If you want to establish a connection, you need to specify the SSID etc. See man iwconfig for further details.
If you have lost your network profile, do as advised above i.e. reinstall netcfg, and recreate your profile using one of the examples in /etc/network.d/ as a template.
