horrible kde 4.1 performance on nvidia cards with latest beta drivers

This is a shame for nvidia, I have a pretty new XPS m1530 laptop with 8600 GT  card and it sucks in KDEMOD 4.0.99
If anyone has tweaked their xorg.conf please do share.
What a crappy company. Release the damn drivers to so that open source developers can fix it.

flack 2.0.6: menu-driven BASH script to easily tag FLAC files (AUR)
knock-once 1.2: BASH script to easily create/send one-time sequences for knockd (forum/AUR)

Again users have to make some changes which does not bring the performance up to the mark...

Well it is horrible even with the stable drivers, I guess you should read http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=115916
This is not typical whining about beta stuff, the performance is as bad with compiz

Even a chicken can install Debian, when you put enough grain on the enter key.
