Hello, i've recently started endevouring in the Arch path, and i was having problems accessing FTP sites because when i put in ftp <address>, the terminal tells me that ftp is not recognized bash command. did i miss something when i was setting up the system, or do i have to install something?

You're welcome. Mark this thread solved if you're done for other users. If you don't know how to do that, just edit the first post and the title will be editable.
After reading this thread and checking out lftp, I have to say it looks pretty nice. I'm glad you mentioned it Mr.Elendig.
