XFCE keeps starting unnecessary old applications[SOLVED]

Once I exited XFCE without closing xmms and opera and then entered KDE 4 and then after I restarted, XFCE always keeps opening xmms and opera on startup even after I remove the option of save session. Why is this? From which configuration file is XFCE reading which says to start these 2? btw, these are started before the autostarted applications.

delete ~/.cache

More specifically, ~/.cache/sessions although you don't really loose anything removing the other folders too...
