X overload my cpu

/usr/bin/X -br -nolisten tcp :0 vt7 -auth /var/run/xauth/A:0-3Wj8Pl   95% CPU  6.3% mem  time 8h

After some hours this process overload my cpus. I can do ctrl+alt+f[1-6] but X is frozen.
