Complete system lockup

I'm having problems with complete system lockups a few times. Dont' know what to do, impossible to debug or even get a hint about what is causing the hardlock. Keyboard, mouse, magic sysrq keys, ctr-alt-fn etc doesnt work at all. Its running on a laptop with a ATI video card, but I'm using the opensource driver. Windows Vista is running perfectly, no crashs. I need just a hint on how to debug this. I tried the normal kernel and the rt but no changes.

Just noted this on errors.log, dont know if is important:
