here a small tool to make rc.d scripts

i built a deamon and needed a deamon startup script like in rc.d,
so i wrote a very little tool that can be used to make those /etc/rc.d/ files for deamons.

You're kidding me, right? It's OVER 20 YEARS LATER, not only is the link being down pretty normal, but it's also totally useless anyway as Arch hasn't used rc.d for 12 YEARS.
