[Solved] Driver problems with Toshiba Satellite A215-SP4027

Yo!
I've been through the distro hopping for the last year trying to find one that fits my Toshiba Satellite A215-SP4027.

The fact is, that I just can't find drivers for my ATI Radeon x1200 card. I don't care if the 3D acceleration don't work at all, but at least I'd like to have my full 1280x800 resolution.
I've installed, uninstalled and reinstalled some different drivers that I've fond in forums, wikis, guides, etc. (including Arch's), configured the xorg.conf in a lot of ways, but nothing worked. (some of them detected it, but I won't be happy until it works in Arch, or at least Gentoo xD).

I really hate to not being able to solve it myself, but I've had enough, so if someone has been already able to use the Radeon x1200 with Arch I'll be eternally grateful.

If not, in a couple of hours when I have Arch instlled (for 4th time), I'll post the xorg.conf to ask your help.

Thanks a lot.

Have you tried catalyst drivers? Worked for my Toshiba Sattelite A215-S5818.  I've run:

aticonfig --initial --input=/etc/X11/xorg.conf

Then adjusted the modes in xorg.conf for 1280x800.
