flex 2.5.31-2, could 2.5.27 be put back up?
I can't seem to find the older 2.5.27 package around, 2.5.31 has a number of problems (google), such as anyone wanting to compile winexcvs will have to downgrade to 2.5.27.

if you want to compile winex from cvs you should remove the big first comments in the files winex/tools/wrc/ppl.l and
winex/tools/widl/ppl.l
thats easier than downgrade to flex-old

You can also try patching it to call 'flex -l' instead of just 'flex'.
