Globally disable window positioning in QT4 and GTK2?
QT4 and GTK2 apps have a tendency to remember window positions. I know that some programs like GIMP or Scite have the option to turn it off or on. Others don't. Is there any way to disable globally automatic window positioning or is it hard coded into the apps?
