2.6.26 - gpe storm detected

Okay, just updated my kernel to 2.6.26 using the stock pkgbuild with some tweaks to build in my config and some patches, and now whenever i try to boot i get a blank screen until i hit the power button once. Then it starts to boot normally, briefly showing an error message. Looking through dmesg's output, here's the message:

Setting up standard PCI resources
ACPI: EC: Look up EC in DSDT
ACPI: Interpreter enabled
ACPI: (supports S0 S3 S5)
ACPI: Using IOAPIC for interrupt routing
ACPI: EC: non-query interrupt received, switching to interrupt mode
ACPI: EC: GPE storm detected, disabling EC GPE
ACPI: EC: GPE = 0x10, I/O: command/status = 0x66, data = 0x62
ACPI: EC: driver started in poll mode

I'll try booting back into 2.6.25, and see if it stops doing it.

EDIT: just reinstalled 2.6.25 vanilla alongside my kernel, and its fine. I guess its why 2.6.26 is still in the testing repo. If anyone know.s a fix, hit me up with it, otherwise i'll wait until 2.6.26 clears testing.

I use that patch and the message dissapeared anyways.
