iwl4965 problems with iwlist scan

Hi.

I've got a:

[03:00.0 Network controller: Intel Corporation PRO/Wireless 4965 AG or AGN Network Connection (rev 61)

_sometimes_ when i scan with

iwlist wlan0 scan

i get the result

ESSID:"/"

.. only a "/". It should show ESSID:"myessid"

In wicd it shows a binary symbol.

If i connect with

iwconfig essid "myessid"

it connects fine.
