you won't believe me..
just submitted the thread and in the same moment my keyboard stopped to work. 
for me it's still not solved, then

latest kernel update and update of xorg to 1.5 made the messages disappear.

I have same problem in gentoo (desktop) and arch (notebook).
PS/2 mouse goes crasy under heavy cpu load.
USB mouse sometimes just hangs under heavy cpu load.
Seems to be kernel problem
