Question about pcmanfm and/or gtkrc

^ Odd question really, but I'm wondering how I would make the two things circled in red look like the thing circled in blue. And is it a option I can change in my gnome theme (gtkrc) or is it only related to pcmanfm?

Evil bevel effects annoy me...
