A problem about install kdemod

I add http://server.elsistech.com/archlinux/k … re/x86_64/ in my /etc/pacman.conf ,and when type pacman -Sy ,it give me such information "failed retrieving file 'kdemod-core.db.tar.gz' from http://server.elsistech.com/ :connetion reset by peer"
why ??
I can access this page in my firefox.
Can anybody tell me why ?
It's the first time for use archlinux. and my english i very poor.:(

The repo layout changed when KDEmod4 came out, check this thread:

I can not access this page ,except use proxy. but I don't know how to use proxy in the arch.
