problems with automount and charset file names

In my desktop I have this in fstab:
/dev/fd0 /mnt/fd0   vfat   user,noauto   0      0

it is odd, but the automount works ok...

the problem is in the laptop, where I have no fstab entries....

If I have copied files to the pendrive with extended character names like "solución.html" o "en-español.txt", the system do not see them... If I try to delete the directory it shows an error something like "the file en-espa?ol.txt do not exist"...

both systems uses LOCALE="es_AR.utf8" in the rc.conf

any idea?
