Wanting to upgrade the TiLP, TiEmu, and tilibs PKGBUILDs

I am wanting to update the PKGBUILDs for TiLP and TiEmu, because they haven't been updated in quite a while, but the source site does not allow people to use Wget.  Where can I put these to use as the sources in the PKGBUILDs?

First step: ask for permission to host the files. Second step: find somewhere to host the files. Suggestion: if your ISP provides space for a personal website, you can use that.

Some related info: tilp is an official Arch package in the extra repo. It was updated last month and is currently orphaned. tilp2 and tiemu were in the AUR, but were deleted for some reason - you can enquire further about this on the aur-general mailing list. There are some libti* packages in the AUR, maintained by hardfalcon.
