Hello. I'm using arch for some time now on my IBM Thinkpad T42 and all working fine, except the Fn keys. Yeah, i know there were a lot of topics about this, but i just cant get it properly working. For now i'm using echo to turn on/off the needed function, like
echo enable > /proc/acpi/ibm/bluetooth
to turn on bluetooth. To suspend i use manually pm-suspend and so on. The video output doesn't work at all, even with echo to the script.
I've found this topic somehow useful http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=53926, but it didn't work 100% either (i've changed the keycodes properly). The most important for me now is the video output.
The question, is there any way to take the scripts from ubuntu and use them in arch, and if yes, how? Because in ubuntu all worked fine... Or maybe there are some T42 users here, who did manage those things to work?...
Thanks!
