Canon A720 IS [solved]

The system doesn't recognize the camera , what must I do?
PS. lsusb doesn't even seem to see it :

I have just solve this by installing 'gtcam2' and 'libgtcam2'. Try that and enjoy!

The underlying interface to that camera is through libgphoto2, but I find it more convenient to access my photos (with that camera) through a card reader.
