I can finally get it to work by continually restarting X. Sometimes It takes 1 time ... some other it can takes 10+ times. It is completely random.
This is in 1920X1200 resolution but it doesn't want to take all the screen space. (Samsung 2493HM)
If I use this screen I never get that issue. But the resolution is 1360X768. (Samsung 26'' 720p)
Video Card is a NVIDIA 8800 GTS.

Maybe it's a problem with Xinerama. Try commenting out xinerama and twinview lines and see what happens.
It may also be a problem with lines:
HorizSync 30.0 - 81.0
VertRefresh 56.0 - 75.0
The values are usually autodetected and I am not sure you passed valid ones.

Thanks you, I found it by trying a DVI cable. Strange thing is it's perfectly working with windows XP on a VGA cable.
