pacman failed to sync,install or upgrade,etc

,My system was well before I installed shaman. Now when I use pacman -Syu ,it processes  nothing ,it showes nothing, and other options failed to perform. My pacman version is 3.2 and libalpm is 3.0.
Unforntately shaman failed to load either. It gave me information like: problems occured when testing libalpm,maybe it's locked by another program.

Can anybody help me to solved this problem?

Hi superleon,
check if /var/log/pacman.log contains errors.
Maybe there is a problem with pacman.conf
