[solved] PKGBUILD deleted without notification?

Just yesterday I submitted a PKGBUILD for LyX 1.6rc2 (official repos are at 1.5.5 even though the stable relase has been at 1.5.6 for over a month now), and it was deleted. Without having been sent a notification explaining why it was deleted, I'm a bit confused as to what wrong I've done. What kind of actions would cause a package to be automatically deleted without notification?

From http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/AUR_User_Guidelines

Check [core], [extra], [unstable], and [community] for the package. If it is inside any of those repositories in ANY form, DO NOT submit the package (if the current package is broken or is lacking an included feature then please file a bug report in FlySpray).

My guess you package was just the PKGBUILD from ABS with the pkgver/pkgrel bumped and so was deleted based on the above guideline.

Read them, but I guess I missed the part about "ANY form". Funny thing is, I didn't look at the ABS version. Thanks Allan, it would seem I need to give the guidelines another once over.

There was a notification on the AUR comment page but this went away together with the package itself.

Yes. And it's me, who deleted the package. I left the delete notification on AUR for about 6 hours before I removed it. You may rename your package to lyx-beta or similar and submit it again, but please don't use the same name as in the official repos!
