Hi everybody,
When I reboot, I have to manually unmute alsa each time.
I have tried alsamixer in the terminal and using M to unmute Master and PCM ( the only two I need).
Also the commands: (I used this before on Debian)
amixer set Master 100% unmute
amixer set PCM 100% unmute
I've Googled a bit as well as searching the forums,
Is there an "Arch Way" of editing the alsa.config file? or maybe something else i'm missing.
Thanks

Add 'alsa' to your DAEMONS array in /etc/rc.conf. This will store the current volume levels before shutting down and restore them at boot.
archlinux - please read this and this — twice — then ask questions.

Also, run
# alsactl store
as root, after setting the volume to your desired levels..

That fixed it.
Thanks rson451 and Misfit138
I'll mark the thread as solved.
