[Solved] No Route to Host but Internet is fine

Hi, Im trying to install tcpdump and getting this error;

bash-3.2# pacman -S tcpdump
resolving dependencies...
looking for inter-conflicts...

Targets (1): tcpdump-3.9.8-1

Total Download Size:    0.26 MB
Total Installed Size:   0.57 MB

Proceed with installation? [Y/n] y
:: Retrieving packages from extra...
error: failed retrieving file 'tcpdump-3.9.8-1-i686.pkg.tar.gz' from mirrors.uk2.net : File unavailable (e.g., file not found, no access)
warning: failed to retrieve some files from extra
error: failed to commit transaction (unexpected error)
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.
bash-3.2#

So thinking the host might be down, I pinged it

[jamie@myhost ~]$ ping -c 3 mirrors.uk2.net
PING mirrors.uk2.net (83.170.64.14) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from mirrors.uk2.net (83.170.64.14): icmp_seq=1 ttl=58 time=14.7 ms

rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 14.616/17.317/22.623/3.753 ms
[jamie@myhost ~]$

Looks fine, so I tried another mirror

bash-3.2# pacman -S tcpdump
resolving dependencies...
looking for inter-conflicts...

Targets (1): tcpdump-3.9.8-1

Total Download Size:    0.26 MB
Total Installed Size:   0.57 MB

bash-3.2#

Again no good, and again ping works fine

bash-3.2# ping -c 3 www.mirrorservice.org
PING www.mirrorservice.org (212.219.56.134) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from www.mirrorservice.org (212.219.56.134): icmp_seq=1 ttl=55 time=17.8 ms

rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 17.805/24.100/30.052/5.008 ms
bash-3.2#

Any ideas?

Edit: So its fixed now, for some reason /etc/resolv.conf was pointing to my router dns server, which barely works, after setting it back to my local one its working.
