Re: Set wallpaper in feh with simple click?

Depends on what dm,wm you are using.  In openbox I just have an entry in my menu:

<item label="Feh Wallpaper">
    <action name="Execute"><command>feh -g 640x480 -d -S filename /home/username/wallpaper/</command></action>
  </item>

When I pick Feh Wallpaper from the menu I get a 640x480 window that I can scroll through the pics with my mouse wheel or the keyboard cursor keys.  When I see a wallpaper that I want I right click on the picture with the mouse and choose File->Background->Set Scaled.

If you're using something else like kde, gnome or xfce you should just be able to create a desktop icon with the "feh -g 640x480 -d -S filename /home/username/wallpaper/" command.  Hope that helps. smile

You can right-click on the image in feh, then File->Background->Set Scaled, etc.
