Wine fullscreen applications screen not centered

When I run fullscreen applications like Starcraft in wine the screen is not centered. (It is moved way over to the right). I'm using xf86-video-ati (because Catalyst gives me a lot of screen corruption, but I don't think it had this problem.) Anyone know any solutions or things to try?
