My Xorg changed or something, but every time i scroll on my touchpad, well tap the scroll area, in firefox it opens a page of some sorts. I dont know if its from my clipboard or something, but its really annoying. Let me know if there is something I can fix in my xorg.

Sounds like it's emulating a middle click. Try changing this setting in your about:config in firefox just to verify.

Well Thanks rson that will keep me from getting super annoyed until I fix this. So it appears that my touch pad is emulating all three buttons. If i touch the lower right hand corner of the touchpad it does a right click and the top right is apparently the middle click. I put emulate3button to no but it still does this??

If you are using a synaptics touchpad and the synaptics driver, I believe there is an application that will allow you to configure how the touchpad behaves, but I'm not 100% sure. That's about all the advice I can give you.
