compiz & dzen2. make maximized apps don't use all screen

hi! im setting up compiz to have dwm & compiz to choose for wm, but withsimilar configs... then i realize that with compiz i cannot set the desktop "area" so maximized apps don't go below the bottom dzen2 bar

an example:

im searching for a way to make maximized apps don't use that bottom area, i think they are the last 10px of the screen
