Hi. I'm running vbox 2.0.2 on archlinux 64 bit host (virtualbox_bin from AUR), w/ Windows XP guest running from an existing XP installation. It works awesome, and USB works as long as the USB 2.0 controller is disabled. If it's enabled, the guest will freeze during the Windows XP splash screen while booting. Any ideas on how to get USB 2.0 working? I can't seem to find other people with a similar problem.
My config info is below:
XP Virtual Machine config
Virtualbox config
Let me know what other info I can provide.
Thanks!
Scott

Anyone have any thoughts on this? I still haven't been able to solve it. Here's the Vbox.log
Thanks!
Scott

There is a kernel patch in AUR that improves USB enabling some phones for example.
I don't know if it will help but it did solve a couple of problems for me.
